Privacy policy
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. Last updated: 3 November 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Equine Farm Management, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
What information do we collect?
When you send our quote or contact form, we collect the information you give us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, the service you are interested in, details about your property and horses, and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
How do we use your information?
- To reply to your enquiry and send any information or quote you have asked for
- To arrange conversations, site visits and proposals
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you
We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries about our services. We will not send you marketing without your permission, and we will never sell your information.
Which third-party services do we use?
- Formspree processes form submissions for us and delivers them by email. Formspree may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. Its own privacy policy has more details.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on this website. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which may log your IP address.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to reply to you and manage any work that follows. If we do not go on to work together, we normally delete it within two years of our last contact. If we do work together, we keep client records for as long as the law and our accounting obligations require.
What are your rights?
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to see, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit how we use it, to withdraw your consent and to ask for a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email [email protected].
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
