We talk about your property, your horses and what you want to achieve, and answer your questions. There is no obligation.
A site visit
We look round the yard, land and buildings and go through your routines and records to see what is working and what is not.
A written proposal
You receive a clear proposal setting out what we recommend, how involved we would be, the timescales and the cost.
Management and reporting
We put the plan into action and send you regular reports in plain English, so you always know where things stand.

What does an equine farm management company do?
We run some or all of an equestrian property on the owner’s behalf. That can include the daily yard routine, horse care standards, land and grazing, buildings and fencing, staff and contractors, budgets and paperwork. You decide how much you hand over, from a one-off review to full management.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and work across Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Scottish Borders. We can travel further for larger projects.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the number of horses and how much help you need. We send you a written quote after a first conversation and a site visit, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Do you replace our vet or farrier?
No. We work alongside your own vet, farrier and other professionals. We book visits and keep records, but all veterinary decisions stay with your vet.
