In 1995, Ron Wallace started Equine Farm Management, Inc. following fifteen years of management experience at farms such as Juddmonte Farms in Lexington, KY, and Three Chimneys Farm in Woodford County, KY.
Ron's business plan allows farm owners access to an array of independent specialists and high-level managers as they choose. Farms can select from pre-qualified and appropriate contract labor, and free their payroll for a smaller core of full-time employees.
Equine Farm Management's services are individualized for each client and include farm design, oversight of farm construction, property maintenance, day-to-day farm management (with or without a resident manager), and as-needed consultation services. -
